As a business partner you are acting as challenger and service provider for your stakeholders to support the procurement organization in successfully driving the business.You will work lead a Procurement Controlling Organization which is highly focused on delivering detailed and accurate support, ensures a smooth, seamless and timely monthly analytics, controlling and reporting process; making action fields transparent and enable decision making for Global Procurement organization.You will engage with top professional controllers and colleagues in Global Strategic Procurement in an exciting, dynamic and international development environment. How You'll Make an Impact Leading an international team of procurement controlling experts Further development of the commodity controlling function with a focus on Lead Commodity Management Fostering target achievement on procurement focus areas (Productivity, Business Proximity, Functional Excellence and Supply Chain Resilience) by providing data transparency and deriving improvement measures Integrating current Market Trends and Intelligence to create a maximum of transparency Executing and coordinating all Procurement Controlling activities for Pooled Commodities (FY Planning, Monthly Closing, etc.) in alignment with relevant stakeholders Actively driving controlling related best practice exchange and know-how sharing across procurement function Ensuring and driving improvement of data excellence What You Bring Curious leading, eagerness to constantly challenge the status quo and driving the transformation of Siemens Energy Procurement Controlling Experience in leading international teams in a virtual environment Willingness to gain deep insights in the business as a basis for the identification of improvement measures Broad knowledge in procurement controlling, are familiar with the key procurement performance indicators and productivity management (cost out) programs to successfully support the procurement organizatio Habit to closely interacting with stakeholders from different functions Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility Very good project management and MS office skills are considered to be self-evident
