Ihre Aufgaben- Selbstständige Entwicklung, Formulierung, Prüfung, Anwendung und Performance von Coil Coatings
- Aktive Ursachenforschung und -analyse von Problemen sowie Ausarbeitung von Aktionsplänen als Antwort auf Laborarbeitsanfragen
- Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung von Forschungsvorschlägen für kurz- und langfristige Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten mit detaillierten Informationen zur Arbeitsaufgliederung
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Coil Coating-Produktportfolios hinsichtlich Performance und Kostenreduzierung
- Fristgerechte Durchführung geplanter Aufgaben in Übereinstimmung mit den Qualitäts-, Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltsystem zur Unterstützung bei Projekten
- Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Funktionen, Standorten und Abteilungen
- Bachelor-Abschluss in der Beschichtungschemie, Polymerwissenschaft; alternativ Weiterbilung zum Techniker (m/w/d)
- Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung aktueller und neuer Technologien in der Lackchemie
- Erfahrung in der Formulierung und Verarbeitung von Industriebeschichtungen (Rohstoffe, Qualitäten, Lacktechnische Prüfungen und Scale-Up)
- Kompetenz, die Entwicklung von theoretischen Konzepten in die Praxis umzusetzen, Ergebnisse zu analysieren und zu interpretieren
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
