Ihr Profil sollte unter anderem folgende Punkte umfassen:

Ausbildung/Studium:
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Personalkauffrau/mann
  • Studium in Kommunikationswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft

Berufserfahrung in:

  • Personalsachbearbeitung
  • Personalwesen
  • Sekretariat oder Assistenz

Sprachkenntnisse sollten sein:

  • Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse

Gute Kenntnisse in:

  • SAP
  • Google Workspace
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
