Aufgabenbereich
  • Unterstützung der lokalen Geschäftseinheit: Sie werden die operative Ausrichtung und strategische Planung aktiv begleiten.
  • Analyse der Performance: Im Fokus Ihrer Tätigkeit steht die umfassende Analyse der strategischen, operativen und finanziellen Leistungsfähigkeit der jeweiligen Einheit.
  • Monatsabschlüsse und Reporting: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen sowie den dazugehörigen Reportings, einschließlich Gap-Analysen und der Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Controlling-Instrumente: Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Controlling- und Steuerungsinstrumenten gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.
  • Marktforschung: Sie führen Marktanalysen und Branchenbenchmarks durch, erfassen Markttrends und wirken in den Bereichen Budgetplanung und Forecasting mit.
  • Internationale Projekte: Ihre Mitarbeit in Projekten im internationalen Kontext rundet Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld ab.
Anforderungen
  • Akademische Qualifikation: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung oder eine vergleichbare qualifizierte Berufsausbildung ist erforderlich.
  • Berufserfahrung: Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling und/oder Financial-/Business-Analytics mit.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis sind von Vorteil.
  • Komplexe Zusammenhänge: Sie sollten in der Lage sein, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu abstrahieren und Transferleistungen zu erbringen.
  • Bilanzierung: Gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach IFRS sind wünschenswert.
  • Stakeholder-Management: Ein hohes Interesse, nah am Geschäft zu arbeiten, sowie Motivation für Stakeholder-Management sind wichtig.
