HR Business Partner (m/w/d)
Dein Verantwortungsbereich
• Personalbetreuung eines definierten Mitarbeiterkreises sowie Ansprechpartner entlang des Employee-Life-Cycles (Betreuung bei Ein- & Austritt, interne Versetzung, Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen & Zeugnissen)
• Betreuung und Coaching der Mitarbeiter in relevanten personalwirtschaftlichen, tarif- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem PayServices Team (vorbereitende Gehaltsabrechnung)
• Beratung der Führungskräfte in allen personalbezogenen Angelegenheiten und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
• Verantwortung des End to End Recruitment-Prozesses von der Definition des Anforderungsprofils bis zur zielgerichteten Stellenbesetzung sowie Durchführung von Active Sourcing Aktivitäten und Aufbau eines Kandidatenpools inkl. Talent Relationship Maßnahmen
• Unterstützung im Onboarding-Prozess neuer Mitarbeiter
• Identifizierung von Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten für Mitarbeiter sowie Unterstützung bei der Definition und Implementierung entsprechender HR-Programme
• Analyse von HR-Daten und Erstellung von Reports
• Mitwirkung an spannenden nationalen und internationalen HR Projekten
Dein Profil
• Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal/Arbeitsrecht oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d)
• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalbetreuung eines internationalen Unternehmens
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in HR-Best Practices sowie auch im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
• Hands-on Mentalität mit ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung sowie ein sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative, Sorgfältigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise welche sich durch eine hohe Ergebnisorientierung auszeichnet
• Fähigkeit, in einem sich schnell verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten und mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen
