About the Job:

Join our team as a Customer Business Executive (CBE) at K2View. In this role, you will utilize your customer-facing skills and technical expertise to assist customers in adopting and expanding K2View products within their technology environment. You will play a key role in driving the successful adoption and sales of K2View across various customer organizations, guiding them through data fabric, test data management, and application transformation initiatives.

As a CBE, you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within enterprise organizations, using your relationship management abilities and technical knowledge to communicate effectively. Your responsibilities will include training, design, implementation, and overseeing product adoption for K2View.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate customer adoption of K2View products.
  • Manage customer aspects such as contract, upsells, and renewals.
  • Offer technical guidance and oversee timelines, milestones, and business strategies.
  • Discover growth opportunities by aligning customer needs with K2View products.
  • Lead multiple work streams, teams, and maintain customer momentum.
  • Develop strategic relationships with customer stakeholders and create strategic roadmaps.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and influence the K2View product roadmap.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles and 3 years working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in supporting customers with data platform and application transformations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills.
