Der Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung entwickelt und stärkt das Wissen von Yara zu den Themen Nutzpflanzen, Agronomie und Nachhaltigkeit und unterstützt die Entwicklung innovativer neuer Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Instrumente. Für die Forschung und Entwicklung werden zahlreiche Versuche mit unterschiedlichsten Pflanzen, Messungen und Analysen durchgeführt. Diese finden unter anderem an unserem Forschungsstandort in Dülmen statt, der ein Gewächshaus, ein Feldversuchswesen und Labor beinhaltet.
Für unser Team am Standort Dülmen/NRW suchen wir zunächst für 2 Jahre befristet eine*n **Safety Specialist/Mitarbeiter*in Arbeitssicherheit** **(m/w/d)**, um unsere Versuchseinheiten, HESQ, Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit und Sicherheitsbeauftragten bei der Sicherstellung der Safety Compliance im Feldversuchswesen, Gewächshaus und Labor zu unterstützen.
**Verantwortlichkeiten**:
- Compliance Management:
- Unterstützung bei der Ermittlung, Initiierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen der Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe hinsichtlich safety compliance
- Dokumentenmanagement:
- Erstellen von sicherheitsrelevanten Dokumenten wie Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Betriebsanweisungen
- Aktualisieren von Sicherheitsdatenblättern
- Sicherstellung der Vollständigkeit aller Aufzeichnungen, Dokumente und Berichte im Zusammenhang mit der zugewiesenen Sicherheit
- Audit Management:
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Nachbereitung und Teilnahme am Safety Audit
**Verantwortlichkeiten**:
- Kommunikationsmanagement:
- Ansprechpartner hinsichtlich Sicherheitsfragen für F&E-Einheiten (Labor, Gewächshaus, Feldversuchswesen), HESQ und Sicherheitsbeauftragten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HESQ, Sicherheitsbeauftragten, und Schnittstelle zwischen Feldversuchseinheit, Gewächshaus, Labor
- Beratung der Mitarbeiter*innen in Bezug auf Vorschriften und deren Auswirkungen auf Sicherheitsmanagementprozesse und -verfahren
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl von Equipment und PSA
**Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium ist optional
- Erfahrungen in der Bewertung von Risiken und Gefährdungen in Arbeitsumgebungen
- Fachwissen im betrieblichen Gefahrstoffmanagement
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit arbeitsschutzrelevanten Gesetzen und Verordnungen sowie den techn. Regeln für Gefahrstoffe
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen in Unternehmen mit hohen Sicherheitsstandards
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word und Excel)
- Selbstorganisation und Eigeninitiative
