The managing director of Volvo Cars Germany is now looking for an assistant (M/F/d) with the follwoing profile:

Your tasks

  • Coordination of appointments for the managing director and the management team
  • Preparation and followup of meetings
  • Autonomous creation and preparation of texts and presentations as well as support in corporate communications
  • Coordination of internal inquiries from Germany and abroad
  • Organization of business trips and their accounting
  • Establishment of a close internal and external network
  • Independent takeover of projects

Your profile

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship in business administration
  • Professional experience in a comparable position
  • Good business understanding, e.g. in the automotive industry or other industries desirable
  • Knowledge of project management and project organization
  • Solutionoriented and empathic attitude
  • Distinct service and customer orientation
  • Team
- and process-oriented way of working

  • High degree of commitment, resilience and flexibility
expenses and online purchasing processes desirable

  • Good knowledge of MS Office products
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
