In HRS Crew & Passenger Solutions we guide global transportation companies (airline, railway and logistics) to embrace the digital transformation journey in lodging, driving savings and process automation with a full customer-centric approach.

Our solution is targeting crew members servicing a plane, train or ship, and accommodates stranded passengers when there is a flight or a train disruption.

As one modular platform, our solution covers all lodging and logistic needs across the customer end-to-end journey: from procurement, lodging planning and operations, to hotel-stay experience, communication management, payment and billing; delivering benefits not only to the end-user, but also yields significant cost, process and time-savings for operational departments.


POSITION:

We are looking for a
Director of Product Management (M/F/d) to join the Crew and Passenger leadership team.

The Director of Product Management for Crew and Passenger is responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategy for crew and passenger-related products and services.

In your proactive nature, you lead the design and implementation of our future crew management platform, manage day-to-day product development operations, explore new product ideas, work in close cooperation with our partners and platform BU's (i.e. UX/UI, Payment), support our tech engineering team to deliver relevant and high-quality product experiences to our demanding customer base. The position is reporting directly to the CEO of Crew & Passenger Solutions.

CHALLENGE:

  • Take full responsibility for strategic development and product positioning of the Crew Management Platform across several web and mobile devices, offering to worldwide leading airlines and large rail operators a full endtoend solution.
  • Take ownership for creating and managing Crew and Passenger product roadmaps, including product features, timelines and budgets.
  • Be pushing, challenging and innovating to identify, create and successfully implement new product features that are successfully delivered by a crossfunctional global team from Engineering to Marketing and Sales.
  • Lead strategic product development projects involving connected products and partners in our Crew and Passenger business unit.
  • Dive deep into customer engagement, analytics data and processes to project yourself as the entrepreneurial change agent who focuses on the delivery of incremental, measurable value along the conversion funnel through innovative product experiences.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with external communication in terms of target markets, gotomarket strategy, product positioning, and key benefits.
  • Work with the CTO to translate the product roadmap into a development schedule and optimizing our ways of working with engineers.
  • Gather information from customers, sales, and internal teams and translate these into product solutions that deliver value for customers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and stay current on industry trends and customer needs.
