- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Leitung und Koordination des Category Management Teams (3 Personen)
- Aufbau und Ausbau eines marktgerechten, strukturierten und dynamischen Category Managements der Handelsware für die Branche Schweißen und Schneiden (Festlegung der Categorystruktur, Definition bedarfsorientiertes Produktsortiment, Operativer Einkauf, Optimierung der Supply Chain etc.)
- Durch Ihre Tätigkeit tragen Sie zur Strategischen und operative Weiterentwicklung der Categories in enger Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern intern und extern, insbesondere mit den G&M Partnern bei
- Sie analysieren und bewerten das Sortiment anhand von definierten KPIs und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
- Beobachtung und Analyse von Trendentwicklungen im schweißtechnischen Markt und enge Abstimmung mit globalen und regionalen Experten
- Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Warenversorgung mit Handelsware für 40 Gas & More in Deutschland im Franchise System Gas & More
- Sie entwickeln Maßnahmen zur Sortiments-, Preis
- und Platzierungsoptimierung und setzen diese um
Lieferantenmanagement (Durchführung von Jahresgesprächen mit den Lieferanten, Identifikation und Empfehlung von Alternativlieferanten)
- Initiierung von Marketingkampagnen für Retail und Linde Produkte inkl. Erfolgsmessung (Flyer, Katalog etc.)
**Die Formel für Ihren Erfolg**
- Sie haben einen Bachelor oder Master in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Ingenieurswissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) im Category Management für erklärungsbedürftige Produkte sammeln können und bringen Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten mit
- Idealerweise könnten Sie bereits erste Führungserfahrung sammeln
- Kenntnisse des schweißtechnischen Marktes und zugehöriger Verfahren sind von Vorteil
- Sie haben einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- insbesondere Excel und besitzen ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Sie überzeugen durch strukturiertes, analytisches und zielorientiertes Arbeiten
