Productivity and Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Productivity and Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Linde GmbH, Gases Division. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing productivity and process improvement strategies to optimize existing processes and improve profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement productivity and process improvement strategies to optimize existing processes and improve profitability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to deliver productivity projects through efficiency improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with business owners to establish priorities, identify areas of improvement, and align productivity targets.
- Design, initiate, and steer change management across the organization, and shape a powerful productivity mindset within the business unit.
- Identify project/program issues and risks, define, and implement mitigations, and ensure project execution quality and adequate resource allocation.
- A Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields, and 7+ years of experience in productivity and process improvement, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Extensive project management and leadership experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects and programs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Proactive and visible leadership and ownership in exchange with senior managers and executives.
- Experience in agile methodologies, design thinking, project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Scrum, SAFe), as well as experience in in-house application development and digital solutions development.
