Position: Category Management Team Lead

As the Category Management Team Lead at Linde, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and coordinate a team of 3 members
  • Develop and expand a structured Category Management system for welding and cutting products
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strategically develop product categories
  • Analyze and optimize product assortment based on defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor market trends and work closely with industry experts
  • Manage product supply for 40 Gas & More locations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Product Category Management
  • Strong negotiation skills and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of the welding market is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
