About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager to lead the SAP S4 HANA migration in EMEA under the umbrella of the Global S4 HANA program. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the SAP S4 pre-project portfolio in EMEA, including FICO projects and archiving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SAP S4 HANA migration in EMEA, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders from various departments and across all levels in the EMEA organization.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of the S4 program in EMEA.
  • Work closely with the dedicated program team, project managers of preparation projects, suppliers, and relevant line management organizations involved from business and IT.
  • Support the project setup and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources of the preparation projects and the migration projects.
  • Participate in the REW IT Demand & Project Management team and work mostly independently as a key person from EMEA within the global S4 program.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar area.
  • Have at least 15 years of professional experience in a related industrial environment, preferably in IT consulting.
  • Strong experience in IT project management, applying industry standard methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince 2 or similar). Change Management knowledge or certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP project delivery in a complex, multi-country environment. Operational SAP knowledge from a previous role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems, including a broad understanding of how SAP enables business critical processes in areas such as Logistics, Sales, and Finance.
  • Knowledge of SAP data migration and SAP testing.
  • Ability to moderate workshops and communicate with various stakeholders effectively, result-driven.
  • Capacity to manage interdisciplinary teams and drive team results towards the goal.
  • Very good English skills, and willingness to travel occasionally.
