Zur Unterstützung unseres IT-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Infor ERP Application Manager (m/w/d).
Der Infor ERP Application Manager (m/w/d) stellt eine Schlüsselfunktion für unsere Geschäftsprozesse dar und ist für das Management der europäischen Infor ERP-Anwendungen und Projekte in 4 Ländern verantwortlich.

Aufgaben- Sie sind der/die Verantwortliche für unsere Infor ERP-Anwendung in Europa, einschließlich der Anwendungsentwicklung, Wartung und Support.
- Sie arbeiten mit den Stakeholdern des Unternehmens zusammen, um die Anforderungen zu ermitteln und sicherzustellen, dass die Anwendung auf die Geschäftsziele des Unternehmens abgestimmt ist.
- Sie managen Projekte von der Planung des Budgets und der Timeline bis zum erfolgreichen, termingerechten Abschluss.
- Sie stellen sicher, dass ERP-Projekte die Qualitätsstandards und Geschäftsanforderungen des Unternehmens erfüllen und den Stakeholdern maximalen Nutzen bieten.
- Sie bereiten den ERP-Übergang auf eine neue Plattform vor.
- Sie verwalten die ERP-Dokumentation, einschließlich der Projektpläne, Statusberichte und Projektergebnisse.
- Sie stellen regelmäßige Projektstatus-Updates für die Geschäftsleitung bereit, einschließlich der Projektrisiken, Probleme und Fortschritte bei der Erreichung der Projektziele.
- Sie schulen und unterstützen die ERP-User effektiv.
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Management von Infor ERP-Anwendungen und verwandten Projekten.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Infor ERP-Anwendungen und -Technologien, wie z. B. Infor Siteline oder Infor AS.
- Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten.
- Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, strategisch und taktisch zu denken.
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Implementierungsmethoden wie Agile oder Wasserfall ist von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent sowie eine selbständige, strukturierte, pro-aktive Arbeitsweise.
