Senior Manager for Germany

CSL Behring's Global Policy, Advocacy and Public Affairs (PAGA) department is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a key liaison with policy and public affairs stakeholders in Germany and Hesse, you will play a crucial role in shaping government policies and regulations to support CSL Behring's priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze policy developments to advance CSL Behring's interests in the ATMP and PDMP space.
  • Lead the execution of public affairs and stakeholder engagement strategies to enhance CSL Behring's profile and impact in Germany.
  • Collaborate with the International PAGA team, German PAGA Head, and other functional teams to define policy advocacy priorities and positions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government officials, industry associations, and stakeholders in Germany.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/professional degree in law, public health, political sciences, or similar disciplines.
  • Proven experience in building company profile and impact with healthcare public affairs stakeholders at national and local levels.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
