Customer Experience Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
Das Ziel des Teams Kundenerlebnis- und Kontaktpunkt-Management ist es, die Kundenorientierung im gesamten Unternehmen zu fördern und zu ermöglichen. Dazu entwickeln wir unternehmensweite Kundenstandards und verantworten gezielte Kundenerlebnisinitiativen. Als Customer Experience Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie der Schlüssel, um R+V als führenden Versicherer in Sachen Kundenorientierung zu positionieren und den Net Promoter Score (NPS) nachhaltig zu steigern. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
- Customer Journey Mapping sowie Design komplexer Kundenreisen, um die beste (digitale) Präsenz auf dem Markt zu kreieren
- Unternehmensweite Initiativen und Standards zur Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung identifizieren und mit einer klaren Steuerung durchführen
- Eine kundenzentrierte Denkweise fördern und die Transformation vorantreiben – beispielsweise durch die (Weiter-)Entwicklung einheitlicher Technologien zur Kundenansprache
- Präsentationen für das Top Management erstellen und halten, in denen wichtige Kundentrends, Erkenntnisse für die strategische Planung und operative Anpassungen aufgezeigt werden
Profil
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium in kundennahen Themen wie Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder -psychologie, Customer Experience oder Service Design oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit und in der Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen – bevorzugt auf Unternehmensseite
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke sowie eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Standardanwendungen sowie wünschenswerterweise mit Marketingautomation, SAS, und Salesforce
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mobiler, barrierefreier und erlebnisorientierter Lösungen mit nutzerzentriertem Ansatz und Fokus auf positive Endnutzererfahrungen und -verbesserungen
