About the Role:

We are in search of an experienced Solutions Partner Manager who is passionate about collaborating with partners to explore opportunities for mutual growth while establishing strong relationships. As a Partner Manager, your responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, and overseeing strategic partnerships with various organizations, such as consultancies, agencies, and GSIs. From enablement to marketing, you will collaborate with our key partners to develop joint strategies, pinpoint shared accounts, and create plans to achieve marketing and sales objectives.

This pivotal role goes beyond just meeting requirements, requiring a commitment to supporting the scalability of our partnerships with beneficial outcomes for all parties involved. By contributing to expanding our customer base and enhancing Talon.One's presence in the enterprise sector, you will empower partners to strengthen their connections with both existing and new clients.

This position is located at one of our EMEA hubs in either London or Berlin.

What You Will Do Here:
  • Evaluate new partnership opportunities with solution partners in France, Italy, and Spain
  • Cultivate relationships with current solution partners and bring new partners on board in Southern Europe (SEMEA)
  • Provide training and guidance to partners regarding the platform
  • Define compelling joint value propositions and effectively communicate the benefits of partnerships
  • Demonstrate to internal teams how partners can contribute to our business growth and that of our customers
  • Create co-marketing initiatives to drive industry influence
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships across various levels in partner organizations
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product teams, and other internal stakeholders at Talon.One
What We Expect from You:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in partnerships or channel sales, preferably with agencies or ISVs
  • Knowledge of sales/partnerships in the French market
  • Fluency in French
  • Positive attitude, team player, and proactive individual who can independently and collaboratively work towards account plans and organizational goals
  • Familiarity with Martech and e-commerce landscapes
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience in managing partnerships with major GSIs is advantageous
  • Prior experience in agency roles is a bonus
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic team setting
  • Strong business acumen and interest, with a focus on achieving commercial objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at building relationships within partner organizations
  • Capacity to go above and beyond, focusing on sustainable and predictable partnership growth, rather than just fulfilling requirements
