Deine Aufgaben:

- Weiterentwicklung unserer Zendesk Integration mit Support, Chat, Guide und Explore
- Schnittstellen-Bereitstellung und Pflege, u. a. Salesforce, MS Teams, Tableau, JIRA, Braze
- Kontinuierliche Prozess-Analyse und -Optimierung
- Enge Abstimmung mit den Zendesk-Anwender-innen

Das bringst Du mit:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Medieninformatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. Ä.)
- Programmier-Kenntnisse z. B. in Ruby, Javascrpit und PHP
- Praktische Erfahrungen mit Zendesk deren SDK, REST-API für Chat und Knowledge Base
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Service von Vorteil

- Im Bereich Customer Success haben wir ein Team aus Expert-innen, das insbesondere die Themen Retention und Automation vereint. Wir unterstützen unsere Kolleg-innen aller Customer Success Teams durch das Vorantreiben von Projekten, die immer zum Ziel haben, die Customer Journeys für unsere Kund-innen zu verbessern. Dazu gehört für dich als Technical Zendesk Expert (m/w/d) insbesondere die Weiterentwicklung von Zendesk inklusive Chat, Guide sowie die Arbeit mit Explore. In Zukunft wollen wir Anfragen noch besser automatisieren und dafür u. a. einen Chat-Bot einsetzen. Wir benötigen eine Person, die Zendesk versteht, laufend optimiert und dabei viel Freude an der Kommunikation mit den Zendesk Nutzer-innen hat.
