About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at FREE NOW. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Zendesk instance, providing top-notch support to our customers, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing our Zendesk Instance: You will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of our Zendesk instance, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Leading Development and Maintenance: You will lead the development and maintenance of our Zendesk instance, working closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: You will troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues and escalations, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.
  • User Management and Permissions: You will be responsible for managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions, including setting up multiple user setups, profiles, and roles.
  • Customization and Configuration: You will customize forms, fields, views, triggers, and other business rules to meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • System Rollouts and Maintenance: You will implement and support new system rollouts, maintenance, upgrades, and process improvements, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to our customers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with internal partner teams, such as Solutions & Automations, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Incident Management: You will actively identify and participate in constructive discussions to resolve incidents and improve our processes.
  • Deadline Management: You will prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

3-5 years of Zendesk Administrator experience with a strong understanding of the platform.Familiarity with Zendesk REST API is a plus.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple requests simultaneously.International Business experience would be an added advantage.
