Wir sind ein agiles, grünes Startup, das sich auf Energiemanagement- und Visualisierungssoftware spezialisiert hat. Unsere Mission ist es, mit intuitiver, KI-getriebener Software das Energiemanagement so einfach zu gestalten, dass es für jede Person, ob Unternehmen oder Privathaushalt, zur Selbstverständlichkeit wird. Aufgaben:
  • Langanhaltende Begeisterung von B2B-Kundinnen und Kunden für unsere innovativen SaaS-Lösungen durch Telefonate, Webinare oder persönliche Treffen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufskampagnen, stets am Puls der Marktentwicklungen
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf nationalen und internationalen Messen, Aufbau der Verkaufspipeline
  • Erfolgreiche Gewinnung von Kundinnen und Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und Unterstützung des CEO
Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im B2B- und/oder SaaS-Vertrieb, idealerweise in einem IT-Startup
  • Ehrgeiz für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung neuer Projekte
  • Technisches Verständnis für Software und Interesse an Energiemanagementsoftware
  • Exzellente Networking-Fähigkeiten, große Kommunikationsfreude
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Ehrgeizig, motiviert, leistungsorientiert und offen für direkte Kommunikation
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für nationale und internationale Kundenkommunikation
