**Was hast du zu bieten?**

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP HCM Berater

**Welche Aufgabe kannst du erwarten?**
Neben einer bedarfsorientierten Tätigkeit als SAP HCM Consultant (AM) liegt der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit auf:
**Verantwortung für Arbeitslast & Prioritäten im Squad**:
- Priorisierung der Arbeit, Pflege des Backlogs und Verfolgung der Fortschritte (Durchführung von Huddles)
- Abstimmung der Arbeit mit anderen Teams und weiteren wichtigen Gesprächspartnern
- Eskalation an Team Lead(s), wenn Kapazität benötigt wird, freie Kapazität verfügbar ist, oder wenn es Leistungsdefizite im Squad gibt
**Steuerung der Kundenprofitabilität**:
- Überprüfung des Volumens an Arbeit für den Kunden & damit verbundene Rechnungsstellung
- Überwachung und (Mit-)Steuerung der Rentabilität des Kunden (basierend auf der geleisteten Arbeit im Vergleich zu dem, was vereinbart wurde)
- Eskalation zum Team Lead, wenn benötigt
**Pflege der Kundenbeziehung & Kommunikation**:
- Verständnis für Kundenprioritäten
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Kunden
- Proaktive Kommunikation mit Kunden über Fortschritte und Probleme
- Überwachung und Steuerung der Kundenzufriedenheit (Verständnis der SLAs des Kunden)
**Steuerung der Arbeitsweise im Squad**:
- Stimulierung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen und Best Practices
- Schaffen und Pflegen einer vertrauensvollen Atmosphäre im Squad; Squad-Mitglieder anregen zurückzublicken (Retrospektives; Lessons Learned) und Feedback auszutauschen
- Lösung von Problemen, die dem Squad im Weg stehen und Nachverfolgung offener Punkte
