A day in the life
Du arbeitest vor Ort am Logistikstandort STR2. Dort nimmst Du die Prozesse genau unter die Lupe. Du überwachst die Einhaltung der Arbeitsschutzvorschriften und erkennst mögliche Probleme und Chancen für Verbesserungen. Du arbeitest mit Mitarbeiter:innen im gesamten Geschäftsbereich zusammen und lernst ihre Risiken kennen. Du sammelst Daten, um smartere und sicherere Arbeitsweisen umzusetzen. Außerdem entwickelst Du Schulungen und andere Programme, in denen Mitarbeiter:innen neue Sicherheitsprozesse erlernen.
