Specialist Dangerous Goods and Waste Disposal (f/m/d)
Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Verbesserung des Gesundheitsschutzes und der Gesundheitskultur am Standort Maisach
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Aufrechterhaltung von sicheren und gesunden Rahmenbedingungen in Bezug auf Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und Gesundheitsförderung
- Eigenständige Pflege und Verwaltung unseres "Good Catch"-Systems
- Unterstützung der Führungskräfte und Kollegen bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen aus dem "Good Catch"-System
- Unterstützung bei der rechtssicheren Umsetzung der gesetzlichen und innerbetrieblichen Abfallentsorgungsvorschriften
- Selbstständige Organisation der regelmäßigen und unregelmäßigen Abfallentsorgung
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Begleitpapieren für die Abfallentsorgung
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Gefahrgutkontrollen
- Pflegen von Gefahrgutdaten im SAP-System
- Selbstständiges Organisieren von Schulungen und Unterweisungen
- Selbstständige Verwaltung von Schulungsplänen
- Verwaltung von Ausbildungs- und Unterweisungsnachweisen
- Teilnahme an Projekten zur Optimierung von logistikrelevanten DGSW-Themen
- Prüfung von Rechnungen
Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem kaufmännischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Beruf mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Supply Chain Management
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Abfallentsorgung, Gefahrguttransport und Arbeitssicherheit
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse, wenn möglich SAP
- Prozessdenken/Prozessgestaltung
- Teamorientiertheit und hohe soziale Kompetenz
- Persönlich und fachlich überzeugende Persönlichkeit
- Hohe Motivation, aktives Einbringen von Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Stressresistenz
