Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in enhancing health protection measures and fostering a culture of safety at the workplace.
- Facilitate the establishment and upkeep of safe working conditions concerning occupational health and safety.
- Oversee and manage the "Good Catch" initiative independently.
- Guide colleagues and supervisors in executing actions derived from the "Good Catch" program.
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations regarding waste management.
- Organize both routine and ad-hoc waste disposal activities independently.
- Aid in the preparation of necessary documentation for waste disposal processes.
- Conduct inspections for hazardous materials independently.
- Maintain and update dangerous goods information within the SAP system.
- Independently coordinate training sessions and educational programs.
- Manage training schedules and plans independently.
- Oversee the issuance of training and certification documents.
- Engage in projects aimed at optimizing logistics-related hazardous materials and waste management topics.
- Verify invoices related to waste disposal activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or business field, complemented by further education in supply chain management.
- Experience in waste management, hazardous materials transportation, and occupational safety.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in SAP.
- Strong process-oriented thinking and design capabilities.
- Team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Charismatic and persuasive personality.
- High level of motivation with a proactive approach to development and optimization.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
