Your responsibilities and tasks:
We are looking for a student of Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain Management, IT or similar to work for us as student assistant.
Strategic Procurement), providing methods, data, key figures (e. g. KPIs), reports, evaluations and tools.
As part of our regular work, we are tracking many initiatives, where we continue to improve the procurement reporting & controlling flow (i.e. support project owners, track due dates, verify data content, create PPT slides, support on Power BI dashboards etc.) and in general generate the regular reporting and insights / analytic work.
Your roles and responsibilities:
- Gathering & structuring data
- Further improving reporting & controlling workflow
- Follow up with project owners to verify frequent updates of the data
- Preparation / supporting work for internal projects
- Support on management requests on reports, data and insights
- Train and support Procurement employees on a global scale
- Preparation of slide decks and dashboards (e. g. in Power BI) for Management meetings, Stakeholders and regular reporting
- Support the team on tasks along spend intelligence and payment days analysis work
Your profile and qualifications:
- Enrolled student in Germany in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or IT (with commercial focus) or similar
- Structured & organized work style
- Good analytical skills
- Persistence
- Can work independently
- Ability and willingness to dig into details
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint (Power BI is desired and a plus)
- Available to work with us for at least 7 months
