As a student assistant (d/m/w) in the Process Management department, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in a forward-thinking and global purchasing organization. You will aid the team with engaging responsibilities and gain valuable insights into procurement practices.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation of Procurement Excellence frameworks, methodologies, and strategies (e.g., process enhancement, performance metrics)
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving the Procurement division
  • Help with tasks related to process and system innovation
  • Contribute to the preparation of assessments and presentations pertinent to procurement
  • Assist in drafting decision-making documents for management
  • Handle ad hoc requests to facilitate ongoing projects and activities
  • Participate in the development of manuals and process documentation for the Procurement sector
  • Engage in collaboration and communication with international partners

Your Qualifications

  • You are pursuing a degree in economics, business administration, or industrial engineering with a specialization in renewable energies and/or supply chain management or a related field, demonstrating strong academic performance
  • Preferably, you have some experience in procurement or consulting
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is advantageous
  • You exhibit a high level of independence, initiative, and teamwork
  • Your working style is autonomous, with a strong analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Proficient language skills in German and English, along with a solid understanding of MS Office applications
