Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support our daily procurement activities within the area of Direct Procurement for our onshore wind and solar projects in Europe & Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support operational onshore wind and solar projects by coordinating procurement activities, managing service contracts, and analyzing tender documents.
- Collaborate with international teams to prepare tenders, manage work in SAP, and support the development of a lessons learned & supplier management database.
- Assist in creating management presentations, implementing framework agreements, and placing call-offs against existing agreements.
- Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders and support invoice query management.
Requirements:
- Ongoing studies in supply chain, project management, business administration, or engineering.
- First practical experience in an international company with intercultural understanding and openness.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus but not mandatory.
- Firm knowledge of Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a creative mindset, curiosity, and proactiveness.
