Gemeinsam mit dem CIO der tesa SE, einem der weltweit führenden Hersteller von Klebstoffprodukten, suchen wir Sie als Head of Data Management (m/w/d) am Standort Norderstedt bei Hamburg.

Dabei übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der Konzeption und Ausrichtung der unternehmensweiten Data Management-Strategie. Sie haben die Möglichkeit das gesamte Data Management
- Umfeld von tesa innovativ mitzugestalten und Ihren Footprint zu hinterlassen.

Aufgaben
- Sie übernehmen die Führung und Weiterentwicklung der globalen Datenmanagement-Organisation, bestehend aus fünf festen Mitarbeitenden und einem internationalen Netzwerk von Datenexperten
- Sie sind für Konzeption der strategischen Roadmap und die Ableitung von Anforderungen aus den Geschäftsprozessen an das Datenmanagement sowie deren kontinuierliche Optimierung zuständig
- Sie definieren und stellen die Einhaltung von Data Governance, Grundsätzen der Datenqualität und Datenarchitektur sicher
- Sie übernehmen die Leitung von unternehmensweiten Projekten im Bereich Data Management, z. B. die kontinuierliche Optimierung des Datenkatalogs und die Verbesserung der Datenkompetenz

Profil
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. im Bereich BWL oder (Wirtschafts-)Informatik
- Sie sind in der Leitung und Weiterentwicklung von internationalen Teams erfahren
- Sie verfügen über vertieftes Know-how den Bereichen Data Governance, Datenmodellierung, IT-Architektur und Master Data Management Systemen
- Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP ERP, Analytics/BI Lösungen und Front-End Tools
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
