  • Global Key User tesa PRO (Customer Self Service Platform B2B)Do you always have the "big picture" in view without overlooking the details? Your task in our Sales & Marketing Excellence team is to expand the digital customer selfservice offering for our B2B customers. With the business platform tesa PRO as the central touchpoint, the main part of the task is to develop valueadded services and functions together with the Process Manager and based on customer requirements.
Facilitate and increase adoption rate of the use of tesa PRO. Ensure the implementation and usage of tesa PRO through a comprehensive knowledge of users processes and tasks. Ensure the implementation of the communication strategy and master content in the regions. Ensure user support of tesa PRO from a technical perspective.


To know tesa a little bit better: in 2021 tesa received the TOP 100 Award 2021, which recognizes especially innovative medium-sized companies.

For this award, tesa proved its innovative strength in a scientific selection process, where the company scored particularly well in the categories "Innovation-promoting top management" and "Innovative processes and organization".


  • What you will do
  • Support the Global Process Manager by acting as multiplier and feedback provider for the Key User Community
  • Support the Global Process Manager by developing innovative and future proof, scalable solutions. Implement these and proactively seek and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Testing functionalities in tesa PRO
  • Ensure Master Data Quality and link to Data Sources
  • Preassess requirements, ensure use case and value are clear, and translate into user stories for IT projects
  • Driving the communication strategy for our business platform tesa PRO (on & off platform)
  • Participate in the creation, implementation and maintenance of BU communication materials and master contents
  • Ensure the implementation of the communication strategy and master content in the Regions
  • Coordinate workshops with the regions and record the results
  • Drive change management in the tesa organization (people processes tools).

  • What you will need
  • Analytical skills: able to simplify complex issues and translate them into a simple solution
  • Pragmatic with a penchant for implementation
  • Able to take the user's point of view, strong user experience skills
  • Strong customer focus and results orientation
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo and drive change
  • Excellent presentation skills and persuasiveness with stakeholders
  • Experience working in an international xcultural matrix organization
  • Multiple (3+) years of experience related to processes
  • Experience with BI, data visualization and KPI development and tracking
  • Experience with turning data into insights and communicating these through reports, dashboards and presentations
  • Business fluent English
