Key Job Responsibilities:
- You will oversee the Risk training program for Surface Transportation, promoting a risk-aware culture
- Collaborate with business teams to mitigate risks in the short and long term, while tracking and reporting on these actions
- Take a strategic approach to addressing issues, collaborating with global teams when necessary
- Design controls to prevent the recurrence of risks
- Evaluate new and emerging risks to assess their potential impact
- Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional auditing qualification or similar risk/compliance credentials
- Experience with SQL and Excel
- Experience in program requirements definition, utilizing data and metrics for driving improvements
