Sie arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und unterstützen bei der Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie der Pflege bestehender Lieferantenbeziehungen. Dabei sind Sie Teil eines motivierten Teams, das sich durch eine offene Kommunikation, flache Hierarchien und eine dynamische Arbeitsatmosphäre auszeichnet.
**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:
- Aktive Identifizierung potenzieller Lieferanten und Märkte, um das Produktportfolio zu erweitern
- Umsetzung einer umfassenden Business-Entwicklungsstrategie, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erschließen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu bestehenden und potenziellen Lieferanten, um langfristige Partnerschaften aufzubauen
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen, Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Trendanalysen, um Chancen zu identifizieren
- Unterstützung bei der Verarbeitung von Angeboten und Verhandlung der Einkaufskonditionen
**Anforderungen**:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Marketings oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
- Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Business Development, Vertrieb oder Marketing ist von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Markt
- und Trendanalyse
- Ergebnisorientierte Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, Ziele zu setzen und zu erreichen
- Selbstmotiviert, proaktiv und bereit, in einem dynamischen Teamumfeld zu arbeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen
- Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von CRM-Software und anderen relevanten Tools von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
