Our Team

We are seeking a highly qualified HR Business Partner to join our team in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, Germany.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will act as a business partner to a defined client base, providing HR expertise, guidance, and coaching to leaders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a trusted relationship with defined leaders and providing proactive strategic partnership
  • Managing recruitment activities with client base
  • Acting as a trusted change manager to the organization, supporting clients with workshop solutions in close cooperation with COEs
  • Developing and maintaining productive relationships with Work Council and leading Work Council negotiations, as well as managing labor law discussions
  • Closing collaboration with HR colleagues in the Centers of Excellence to execute Talent & Leadership programs and compensation annual cycle
  • Managing HR Projects, both within the business units and on European level

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • University Degree (Master degree) with HR related diploma or significant HR expertise
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients, also in an international environment
  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders and support change initiatives
  • Ability to work in the matrix and manage conflicting timings and priorities
  • Ideal experience in collaboration with German Work Council
  • Ideal working experience in Pharma Industry sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
