About The Role
Sobald sich die Türen unserer St. Pauli Bar für unsere Gäste öffnen, besteht Deine Aufgabe als Duty Manager darin, sicherzustellen, dass jede einzelne Person, die durch unsere Türen kommt, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis hat. Du unterstützt unseren General Manager und unseren Assistant Manager im täglichen Geschäft. Einen großen Teil investierst du ebenfalls in das Training & die Einarbeitung unserer großartigen Mitarbeiter*innen. Schichtleitung & Tagesabrechnungen gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben. Das ist eine großartige Gelegenheit, Teil von etwas Besonderem zu sein
Wir arbeiten in einem operativen Schichtbetrieb und haben 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet.

Deine Crew – bestehend aus kompetenten und leidenschaftlichen Kolleg*innen – wird von einem erfahrenen Management-Team geleitet. Wir wollen unsere St. Pauli Bar zum Aushängeschild für fantastisches Craft Beer machen mit einer unschlagbaren Atmosphäre für unsere Gäste.
About You
Du bringst mindestens ein paar Jahre Erfahrung aus einer Management-Position in einer ähnlich hoch frequentierten Lokalität mit Bar und Küche mit, um das Team optimal auf alle Herausforderungen einzustellen. Mitgebrachtes Craft Bier-Wissen ist für Deine Rolle wünschenswert – die Bereitschaft es Dir anzueignen ist essenziell. Das Werkzeug (und das Bier) dafür haben wir, Du musst nur den Spaß und die Bereitschaft mitbringen, das Wissen aufzusaugen (und auszutrinken). Dein Fokus liegt kompromisslos auf Service und Gastfreundschaft, denn Dir ist wichtig, dass ein Besuch bei BrewDog vollends rockt.
