Duty Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Air Hamburg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of various departments to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all flights.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the customer remains the top priority and that all decisions are made with their needs in mind.
- Coordinate the response to daily issues such as AOGs, delays, and weather conditions.
- Work with Client Services and other commercial teams to coordinate service recoveries.
- Keep oversight of all high-profile and demo flights.
- Collaborate with the flight operations management team to ensure all operations are conducted within the scope of the operation specifications.
- Provide direction and guidance to all functions within the operations arena to ensure the fleet is always optimized and operating in the most efficient manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a key management or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Previous experience in managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Natural problem-solving skills.
