About The Role
As a Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience in our St. Pauli Bar. You'll work closely with our General Manager and Assistant Manager to drive daily operations, train and onboard new team members, and manage shift schedules and daily reconciliations.

About You
We're looking for a seasoned management professional with a minimum of a few years of experience in a high-volume bar and kitchen environment. Your passion for craft beer is a plus, but your willingness to learn and adapt is essential. You'll be focused on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable experience.
