In the realm of temporary employment, we are currently seeking a Science Project Coordinator (m/w/d) to join Roche in Penzberg, starting at the earliest opportunity for a duration of 18 months on a full-time basis (with up to 70% remote work option).

Your Role:

  • Coordinating and managing project timelines with academic partnerships for successful execution
  • Maintaining a dynamic agenda to ensure consistent coordination with all stakeholders, including collaboration with academia, overseeing legal contracts, and managing grant-related reporting
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations for top management and external stakeholders, ensuring timely availability
  • Developing detailed protocols from various scientific projects involving external Key Opinion Leaders
  • Facilitating idea exchanges for internal and external visibility strategies
  • Acting as a liaison between internal and external partners, fostering effective communication and collaboration
  • Organizing cross-functional meetings and troubleshooting content for research projects
  • Drafting and documenting meetings with stakeholders in compliance with legal standards
  • Handling procurement tasks for external partners and managing collaborations in coordination with legal and discovery departments

Your Qualifications:

  • Holding a master's degree in biotechnology or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, organize efficiently, and track activities
  • Strong analytical skills to summarize complex information effectively
  • Team player with a keen interest in working internationally and across disciplines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Nice to Have: Experience in infectious disease or industry-academia collaborations
