Für den Standort Penzberg suchen wir ab sofort, im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, Sie als Scientific Project Coordinator (m/w/d) für eine spannende Tätigkeit in der Forschung und Entwicklung. Es geht um die Testung neuer Hypothesen für Biomarker und Biomarker-Typen und eine enge, internationale Kooperation mit verschiedensten Standorten bspw. in USA und verschiedensten internen und externen KOLs und Roche Partnern.
Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination und Pflege von Aufzeichnungen zu Projektzeitplänen in akademischen Kooperationen und Sicherstellung deren erfolgreicher Umsetzung
  • Führung einer fortlaufenden Agenda für regelmäßige Koordination mit allen relevanten Interessengruppen für laufende Aufgaben, insbesondere Koordination von Kooperationen mit akademischen Einrichtungen, Gestaltung von rechtlichen Verträgen für kollaborative Forschung, Schnittstellenmanagement mit anderen Funktionen innerhalb von Roche und Verwaltung der berichtspflichtigen Zuwendungen an die Bayerische Staatsregierung
  • Aufbereitung von Daten und Erstellung von PowerPoint-Präsentationen für das Top-Management und/oder externe Stakeholder, sowie deren rechtzeitige Bereitstellung und Dokumentation
  • Erstellung umfassender Protokolle aus verschiedenen Meetings/Workshops, die sich auf verschiedene und hochkomplexe wissenschaftliche Projekte beziehen, meist in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Hauptmeinungsführern (KOLs) und Partnern von Roche
  • Sicherstellung regelmäßiger Koordination des Ideenaustauschs mit Stakeholdern zur Entwicklung von Strategien für interne und externe Sichtbarkeit
  • Ansprechpartner und Kommunikationsschnittstelle für interne und externe Partner/Stakeholder
  • Verantwortung für lösungsspezifische Unterstützung und Organisation von bereichsübergreifenden Meetings und Workshops sowie Troubleshooting von Inhalten für spezifische Forschungsprojekte mit KOLs und akademischen Partnern
  • Sicherstellung der angemessenen Erstellung und Dokumentation von Meetings mit internen und externen Stakeholdern gemäß vordefinierten gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Verwaltung von Beschaffungsaufgaben für externe Partner (KOLs)
  • Initiierung, Bewertung und Finalisierung von Verträgen für akademische Kooperationen in Abstimmung mit der Rechtsabteilung und DIA Discovery Unterkapiteln zur Gewährleistung von Compliance und Genauigkeit Ihre Qualifikationen
    • Masterabschluss in Biotechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
    • Fähigkeit, schnell zu lernen, zu organisieren und Aktivitäten zu verfolgen
    • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur effektiven Zusammenfassung komplexer Informationen
    • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist, Freude an der Arbeit in internationalen und interdisziplinären Teams, Bereitschaft, neue Bereiche zu erkunden und Wissen mit Kollegen zu teilen
