Our team in our regional office Penzberg is looking for a motivated Construction Manager (m/f/d). As a part of your daily work you will be dealing with various - both small and large - projects for the biopharma and life science industry, within a highly dedicated team of professionals. We value enthusiastic and open-minded colleagues who thrive in a dynamic environment.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Construction management of industrial projects Coordination of subcontractors, ensuring quality on the construction site Coordination of the construction site, procedures and work processes Control and review of construction progress Ensuring compliance with work safety regulations Organization of daily coordination meetings and work schedules Participation in site inspections and acceptance tests Defect recording and tracking

Show your expertise

Successfully completed studies in the field of construction engineering or management, architecture or similar. Experience as a construction manager in investment projects or relevant professional experience in the discipline Several years of professional experience in construction management or project management Good knowledge of construction law, VOB, rules and technology Good MS-Office knowledge and CAD skills Fluent German (both written and spoken) English language on a communicative level Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility
