Position: Sales Manager of German Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the local sales representative of the Company in Germany, focusing on expanding business markets and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with leading German OEM supplier systems such as Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Nideco, and Stellantis.
  • Possess middle and senior level customer relationship resources for key clients and ability to explore markets independently.
  • Analyze customer distribution and organizational structure, identify new business opportunities, and execute customer development strategies.
  • Manage business negotiations, contracts, payments, and address quality issues with customers in the region.
  • Regularly update Sales Director on work progress and plans.
  • Collaborate with key account managers and team members to meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Execute additional tasks delegated by senior management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • German national with a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proficient in German and English for effective written and verbal communication.
  • Prior experience with major German customers like Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Nideco, Stellantis, etc.
  • Skilled in office software, sales presentations, and report generation.
  • Demonstrates teamwork, initiative, work stability, excellent communication skills, and resilience to stress.
