Position: Sales Enablement Manager

As the Sales Enablement Manager at Circula, you will be instrumental in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales, account management, partnerships, and customer success teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically improving the performance of sales and customer success teams
  • Creating detailed onboarding programs for new team members
  • Designing and executing training initiatives
  • Assessing the impact of sales enablement strategies
  • Overseeing a centralized repository of sales materials
Qualifications:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in sales enablement or similar roles
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Dedication to excellence and enhancing team productivity
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies
  • Fluency in both German and English
