Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Growth Manager to lead the adoption of Nickel in Germany. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and distribution management, with a strong background in developing and managing retail networks. The role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as fluency in German and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a distribution strategy for Nickel Germany;
  • Recruit, train, and manage a sales team of 10 representatives;
  • Manage relationships with distribution partners and identify new opportunities;
  • Prospect and develop new points of sale;
  • Train and launch new points of sale;
  • Perform regular visits to points of sale;
  • Define and control key sales indicators;
  • Implement an efficient team organization;
  • Set and administer an annual sales and distribution budget;
  • Present results and outlook to top management;
  • Ensure the sustainability of Nickel by preventing risks and optimizing resources.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and distribution management;
  • Experience in developing and managing retail networks;
  • Knowledge of the Lotto, pre-paid products, tobacco, financial services, beverage, or other retail sectors;
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
  • Fluency in German and English.
