About Nickel

Nickel is a leading payment solution provider that offers a unique opportunity for individuals to open an IBAN account in a retail shop. With over 4 million accounts opened in Europe and a network of over 850 collaborators across several countries, Nickel is a successful and rapidly growing company.

As a Sales & Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Nickel's payment solution across Germany. Your primary objective will be to launch, develop, and animate the network of points of sale across the German territory, with a target of opening 5,000 POS within the next 5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a distribution strategy for Nickel Germany, focusing on recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives.
  • Manage relationships with distribution partners, identify new opportunities, and negotiate agreements to expand the network of points of sale.
  • Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with central teams in France to provide support and ensure the success of the sales and distribution efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and distribution management, preferably in the retail or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing retail networks, with a strong understanding of the German market.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
