Medical Manager Special Care

We support chronically ill patients in continuing their treatment at home successfully. With a nationwide reach, we aim to stay agile and evolve as a future-oriented team at VitalAire.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building and managing partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders, scientific experts, and other medical-interest groups.
  • Developing, providing, and communicating expertise in Special Care areas like pulmonary hypertension (PAH), immunology/oncology, and associated infusion pumps to healthcare professionals.
  • Acting as a point of contact for clinical experts, handling medical inquiries, and organizing various medical projects and activities.
  • Evaluating new indications, scientific trends, and contributing to the company's strategy.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with departments like Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Application Specialists to provide scientific guidance and materials.
  • Participating in conferences and regional events (online/in person).
  • Organizing and conducting sales training, webinars, and further education sessions.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific or medical field.
  • Knowledge in PAH and/or immunology/oncology, a PhD, and at least 1 year of experience in Medical Affairs or MSL in medical technology are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated hands-on mentality, enjoy creating new structures and processes, and interdisciplinary work.
  • Strong analytical expertise, excellent communication and presentation skills, convincing interpersonal abilities, openness to new tasks, ideas, and developments.
  • Proficiency in software like MS-Office, PubMed, Citavi, etc.
  • Occasional business trips.
  • Attention to detail and quality combined with a structured, independent, goal- and team-oriented work approach.
