We always aim to implement scalable solutions that can be deployed across all shops and gather data points to evaluate their effectiveness, enabling continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of SEO activities across 25+ countries and 3 platforms (desktop web, mobile web, and app)
- Develop, monitor, and report essential KPIs to ensure transparency in SEO success
- Drive the development of internal SEO tools and data warehouse using Google BigQuery
- Define the SEO strategy aligned with business objectives and oversee its execution
- Lead the SEO team, fostering a culture of transparency, continuous learning, and team health
- Build relationships within the organization to establish SEO as a priority in ongoing processes
- Implement SEO features in collaboration with the online shop team
- Stay updated on the latest SEO developments and adjust strategy accordingly
Requirements
- Experience in an SEO leadership role, preferably in large scale ecommerce
- Ownership mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong communication skills to drive SEO projects across stakeholders
- Develop, mentor, and coach team members
- Challenge and improve existing processes and routines
- Ability to translate complex strategies into actionable tasks
- Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
- Expertise in technical SEO fundamentals
- Proficient in SEO tools and English language
