- Proven experience in an SEO leadership role, preferably in an international, large-scale ecommerce environment.
- High degree of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to drive SEO projects forward across stakeholders.
- Ability to break down complex strategies into actionable tasks and communicate them to stakeholders and team members.
- Analytical skills and an affinity to derive decisions based on data rather than opinions.
- Ability to develop solutions that can be applied on scale and drive their implementation from start to finish.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, including client-server interactions, HTTP status codes, crawling/rendering/indexing processes, HTML, and CSS.
