    • Erstellen von Ad-hoc-Analysen für das Senior Management
  • Prognosen und Planung:
    • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Prognosen und Zielen auf der Grundlage von historischen Daten, Markttrends und Geschäftszielen
    • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Entwicklung von Strategien und Aktionsplänen zur Zielerreichung
    • Tracken des Budgets im Rahmen der monatlichen Berichterstattung
  • Prozess-Optimierung:
    • Identifikation von Ineffizienzen und Engpässen in allen FP&A-Prozessen und Lösungserarbeitung
