**Zu Ihren zukünftigen Aufgaben gehören**:
- Verantwortung über Identifikation, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Projektideen zur Verbesserung des ökologischen Fußabdruckes und Erstellung der dazugehörige Roadmap
- Erstellung von Spezifikationen, Budget-Akquisition und Lieferanten-Auswahl für die Umsetzung dieser Verbesserungen
- Reporting über den Projektfortschritt und Stakeholder Management
- Überwachen der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungsparameter und Koordinieren von anstehende Wartungen, Inspektionen und Reparaturen
- Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Medienversorgung und dem Facility Management
- Berichterstattung an die Leiter der Abteilung Technische Medienversorgung & Sustainability
**Wir wünschen uns**:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Energie, in Heizungs-, Lüftungs
- und Klimatechnik, Umwelttechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in Heizungs-, Lüftungs
- und Klimatechnik, Lieferantenmanagement, Projektleitung, Wartung / Instandhaltung, sowie in der Projektierung energietechnischer Anlagen
