About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager to join our team at Baettr Ostfriesland in Germany. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting a culture of safety and sustainability within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise to support HSE initiatives at our German site.
• Identify and ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and track HSE goals and objectives.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HSE performance metrics.
• Participate in the Baettr HSE Community to share best practices and knowledge with colleagues worldwide.
• Obtain and maintain necessary HSE-related permits and licenses.
• Design and deliver HSE training programs.
• Establish and maintain a robust safety organization and emergency response plan.
• Ensure proper handling of chemicals, hazardous materials, and waste disposal.
• Conduct regular safety inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences with 2-3 years of experience in HSE.
• Proven experience in change management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT skills.
• Proficiency in German and English.
