At the heart of Klang is Seed, a large-scale, persistent virtual world that we believe will redefine the MMO landscape and have a positive impact on our species.

It's a super exciting project, but in order for us to achieve a goal like this we are going to need a lot of help From people just like you.
We are currently looking for a Publishing Director to help us bring SEED successfully to the market and build and manage the publishing team required to do so.
This is a super exciting chance to build upon our unique community engagement strategies, going above and beyond traditional publishing methods.
_ Summary_
You would take the helm of our publishing team, currently 5 people and lead them towards the end goal of SEED being a household name.
The team are a driven, creative group of people that are fairly new to the games industry so we would like to hire an established leader with a focus on career nurturing to help them grow and thrive in Klang and beyond.
They are also very capable and have a hands-on and accountable approach to their work.So what will you be doing?
- Total ownership of Marketing and Publishing
- Development of the gotomarket strategy
- Coordinating with all other stakeholders (C level & Directors) to ensure alignment
- Structuring, building growing and nurturing the Publishing team
- Managing the relationships with all external partners / vendors
- Management of all branding and positioningrelated responsibilities
- Community Development and Management
- Leadership experience of a team of 510 people
- Successful track record of publishing at least three games (F2P, MMO, or mobile preferred) in a leadership position
- 5+ years of experience
- Has managed 7 figure publishing / marketing budgets
- Experience building something from its early stages
