As a Large Enterprise Sales Development Representative DACH at Staffbase, you will play a critical role in developing our pipeline & revenue.
What you'll be doing
- Engage proactively with new and existing clients to grow the sales pipeline
- Qualify Large Enterprise accounts using consultative & insightselling techniques
- Contact potential prospects through multiple channels to cultivate longterm relationships in complex accounts
- Work alongside our senior Account Executives to progress complex opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive quality pipeline through ABM at high win rates
- Become an Internal Communication expert and evangelist
- Shine as an Outbound prospector, bringing creative pipelinegeneration ideas to the wider Team
What you need to be successful
- 3+ years experience in Sales/SDR/Other customer facing roles (incl. SE, Recruitment, Customer Service, Customer Success)
- Positivity, high energy, confidence, selfmotivation, resilience, curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and high attention to detail
- Great organisational and time management skills
- A competitive team player who loves celebrating successes together
- Business Fluent German and English language skills
